Management level position which leads key aspects of the security, fraud prevention, related compliance and risk management operations of EML and its affiliates. Financial/security accountability for an international portfolio of open and closed loop pre-paid MasterCard and Visa Cards issued and available in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, the UK, and portions of the EU.
The Senior Vice President of Account Management and Marketing is an executive position responsible for growing and supporting our existing account base as well as leading all North American marketing initiatives to support business growth and to ensure brand equity and awareness. As the executive leader of the account management organization, the SVP will establish and strategically drive critical relationships across the top tier of accounts. They will lead the Director of Account Management to drive organic business growth, maintain operating margins, and will hold accountability for the health and growth of the accounts and teams. In marketing, the SVP will partner with the global CMO to drive all North American marketing activities in order to fulfill EML's aims of sales, growth and profitability.
This position is responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing telephone/fax inquiries related to EML products and services. This position is responsible for researching and resolving issues reported by supported programs and technologies including shopping center employees, merchants and cardholders to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
